Bankruptcy administrators

A system for bankruptcy and restructuring cases. Each case is a company card with creditors, documents, deadlines and invoices. The meeting, the asset sale and the report to the court stay with the same case.
  • You start a new case by entering the company, code and case number
  • You add creditors, the debtor and the court as contacts
  • You enter meetings and court hearings in the calendar with a reminder
  • You assign a task with a date to an employee

Track all company processes

You start a case from a company card with the debtor, creditors and court. You attach documents to the case and put meetings and hearings in the calendar. After you sell the assets and issue the invoice, you archive the closed case.

Company card

For a new case you enter the company name, code, address and case number.

  • Debtor and court - contacts on the same card
  • Company documents, emails and invoices on the card, so you do not search your email for them
  • You merge a company entered twice into one card

Creditors and meetings

You record a creditor as a contact with name, company, phone and email.

  • Creditor's claim - a document in the case
  • Meeting date in the calendar, minutes on the same card
  • Letters to creditors on the company, so a colleague sees what has already been sent

Case documents

You attach the court ruling, creditor list, asset inventory and report to the court to the case.

  • Sale notice, contract and handover certificate next to the asset inventory
  • Correspondence with the court and creditors on the company card
  • Documents of an archived case stay in it

Deadlines and reminders

In the calendar you see creditor meetings, court hearings and the claim filing deadline.

  • Asset inspection and sale date with participants
  • Reminder before the deadline
  • Who covers the case when an employee is on vacation

Tasks for employees

You assign a task with a date to an employee, for example to prepare a creditor list or a report.

  • Case stage on the card, so you know what is already done
  • Contract with a buyer or service provider generated from the case card
  • Invoice from the same card

Asset sales

You attach the asset inventory and photos to the case.

  • The buyer is recorded as a contact
  • Sale date and meeting with the buyer in the calendar
  • Contract, invoice and handover certificate in the case
  • Payment plan shows how much has already been received from the buyer

Invoices and payments

You invoice the administration fee and other work from the case.

  • In the invoice - recipient, amount, date and payment term
  • Payment plan installments and what is still unpaid
  • All case invoices on the company card

Case archive

You archive a closed case together with its documents, contacts and invoices.

  • Active cases listed separately from the archive
  • An old ruling or minutes open from the archived case card

How the system benefits your business

On the morning of a meeting you do not search your email for the minutes and the creditor list. You open them from the case card.

Case and people

  • Company card

You merge a company entered twice, so each case has one card.

You find the debtor, creditors, court and buyer under the same company.

  • Team

You assign tasks to employees and see who is covering in the calendar.

Documents and deadlines

  • Documents

You find a ruling or minutes in the case, even when a colleague handled it.

  • Calendar

You get reminders for meetings and hearings, so you do not miss a deadline.

  • Stages

You see the case stage and create the contract and invoice from the same card.

Invoices and payments

  • Invoice

You issue the administration fee invoice directly from the case.

  • Payment plan
