This privacy policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit panteracrm.lt, submit an inquiry or contact form, register for the demo version or otherwise communicate with us. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. What data we collect
Data you provide
- Inquiry and contact forms: name, email, phone number, company name, number of employees, message, consent mark
- Demo registration: email, phone number, questionnaire answers
- Email or phone communication: content of the conversation or message and contact details
Data collected automatically
- When you submit an inquiry: IP address, browser type (user agent), the page the inquiry was sent from, the previous page (referrer), campaign tags (UTM), date and time
- When you browse the website: cookie and similar technology data about visits, pages viewed, device and actions on the website (see section 7)

4. How long we keep data
- Inquiry and contact form data: 24 months after the last communication if no contract is signed
- Demo registration data: 12 months after registration
- IP address and technical inquiry data: 12 months
- After a contract is signed: for the term of the contract and as long as required by law
- Cookies: as specified in section 7
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by our service providers (data processors), only as far as needed to provide their services:
- Hosting and email service providers
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft Advertising)
- Hotjar Ltd. (website usage analytics)
- Slack Technologies (internal notifications about received inquiries)
We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some service providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Slack) may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. In that case data is transferred on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

If you believe your data is processed improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, www.vdai.lrv.lt). We encourage you to contact us first - we will try to resolve the issue.
10. Data security
We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access rights, protection against automated requests and regular system updates.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
